Cliftonville Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Aaron Wightman, a 22-year-old right-back who can also operate on the flank further up the park. A former Northern Ireland Under-19 international, Aaron emerged through the youth ranks at Glentoran, having joined the east Belfast side's Academy at the age of six.
The former Northern Ireland Under-19 international made a total of 74 senior appearances for the Glens and quickly developed a reputation for a strong work ethic – an attribute Reds supporters are no doubt looking forward to sounding their own appreciation for during the season ahead.
